I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with an attractive decoration. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The location is not far from the church and it's away from the Padre Pio shrine as advertised. The hotel facilities are quite nice, and the telly can be translated into English speaking as it was Italian dubbed. The balcony blinds were a cool feature.
Absolutely nothing.

Quaint hotel with a quirky charm, offering all the usual comforts like AC and free Wi-Fi. The all-inclusive card was handy for unlimited drinks. The restaurant served tasty Italian cuisine. The buffet breakfast was a nice touch. The location was convenient.
Rooms were cramped, and walls were paper-thin. But hey, there are worse places to stay.

Great facilities and helpful staff; good location. the room was comfortable and clean. the restaurant had good quality food and decent prices. We appreciated the 24-hour reception, making check-in/out easy.
The air conditioning didn't function well, leaving us uncomfortable; and there was noise from other guests, so we couldn't sleep well.

The hotel offered a comfortable bed and enough space in the room. The breakfast was satisfying and had a good variety. the location of the hotel was convenient to my business agenda.
The bathroom was not up to par, old and poorly maintained, and sadly the toiletries were not enough for my entire stay. the air conditioner was highly ineffective, leaving the room feeling hot and muggy, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The hotel had a modern and elegant lobby with a wonderful ambiance. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to meet my needs. The location was excellent, not far from the main attractions and with convenient parking facilities.
The room service was inconsistent, with the room not being cleaned on a couple of days. The breakfast buffet was lacking, with limited options and not being refilled promptly.
